Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Pawletter, operated by Odonata. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscriptions Purchased via App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed to Pawletter through Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is subject to the respective platform's refund policy. We are unable to process refunds directly for these transactions — please contact the platform:

2. Free Trial
Pawletter may offer a free trial period for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, or were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@pawletter.app. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our discretion.
5. No Refunds for Consumed Features
AI-generated content (daily letters, face readings, paw readings, past life stories) is delivered upon request and consumed immediately. These features are non-refundable once generated.
